In response to a number of stakeholder survey responses to improve customer service, the California ISO is testing an online tool for the submission and management of stakeholder comments for stakeholder initiatives. The ISO began testing the new comments tool with stakeholders since April, and will host a webinar on Friday, May 8, 2020 to demonstrate the benefits and functionality of this new tool.
The California ISO’s stakeholder process incorporates customer feedback into stakeholder initiatives and other topics most relevant to its stakeholders. In an effort to continuously improve the process, and streamline the submission and management of stakeholder comments, the ISO will be launching a new comments tool that standardizes the submission process with an online template.
The new tool will provide stakeholders the ability to sort and filter through comments on a single page and by an organization or question. The new process will also improve cybersecurity for the ISO and stakeholders.
The ISO will host a webinar on Friday, May 8, 2020, to provide stakeholders with an overview of the features and functionality of the new tool, expected to launch later this month. The launch will coincide with a training webinar open to all stakeholders to demonstrate the use of the tool.
